Locs aren't a fad, a trend or even just a "hairstyle". Making the choice to loc-up can be a spiritual thing for some. Despite what we've been conditioned to believe, locs are a beautiful, complex way to display our uniqueness and creativity.

Toujours Locs was founded in 2009 by Emma Andrew. Emma is a licensed cosmetologist who has specialized in black and textured hair for over 15 years. Toujours was created out of the need to make it easier for the loc community to find someone who was not only talented but, genuinely cared about the health of their hair. Since then, she has been dedicated to providing quality natural hair care in and around the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

At Toujours, we believe that healthy hair comes first. Finding an experienced loctician who is passionate about your crown shouldn't be a struggle so don't worry, we got you!
